Look Good. Feel Good. Play Good. I have been more or less “fit” my entire life. Now I have soccer to thank for much of that because it kept me so active. But I started to realize some things as I grew older. As time passes, our body changes, based on our eating habits and activity levels. I started to notice when I got careless with my fitness decisions, my body began to change. If I stayed home and binge watched Game Of Thrones, I would get careless with my eating and give in to that chocolate bar or bowl of cereal. Over time, I'd put on a little weight. Not much, but a little. I'd feel bad about it, my energy would be low, and that would usually lead to low confidence and a bowl of ice cream. Finally, I'd get to a point where I couldn't take it anymore and I'd start really focusing on my fitness. I'd go to yoga, pilates, play soccer, go to the gym, go for a run, do abs circuits via my smart phone app, anything to keep me moving. What I noticed is after a good workout, my body wants to eat healthy. My appetite changes, I desire a salad and fruit, verse mac n cheese. And then those endorphins start a flowin, energy starts rising and my confidence sky rockets! Sound like you too, perhaps?

I am someone who always wants to be my best. I like to set goals and accomplish them. I like to strive for greatness. And the best way to do that is to keep my confidence high. That's why I care so much about my fitness. When I look good, I feel good, and I play good. Taking care of the little things, like our bodies, can effect the big things, like our jobs and relationships. By loving my self and treating my body with respect, I can excel in other things.

In this part of the blog, I'll give you fitness motivation! We've all been there (trust), where the couch seems so much more inviting than a Bikram yoga class. But the reward is so great. I want to inspire you by my workouts and activities. I follow a ton of fitness pages on Instagram and looking at great bodies,motivates me to get into action. That's why I like posting fitness photos to motivate you! Its not about having a hot bod (that's just a perk). Its about all the confidence that comes with it for you to tackle your goals!
